Returns & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can easily return or exchange your Cooleo product in just a few clicks. Simply enter your Order Number along with your registered Email Address or Mobile Number to proceed in contact us page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your Cooleo product within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are completely free with no additional charges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Visit our Contact Us page.
Enter your Order Number and registered Email Address or Mobile Number.
Mention the reason for the return or exchange in the comment box and submit the request.
Quick Refund / Exchange Process
Once your request is verified, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours.
Our courier partner will collect the product within 1–2 working days.
Upon successful pickup, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Pickup may be rejected if:

The item appears worn, washed, or damaged
Refund Modes
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available
If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the item to:

Please ensure the product is securely packed, unused, and includes all original tags.
Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the full amount along with ₹100 to cover your courier charges within 48 hours.
Want to Exchange for a Different Product?
If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
If it costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as a gift card for future use.
Didn't Receive Your Refund?
You will receive an email or SMS notification once the refund is processed.
Prepaid refunds usually take 7–10 working days to reflect.
